- The Main House: A luxurious 3-bedroom, 3-bath retreat designed for the bride and bridesmaids. Includes salon space for hair and makeup, a living room and full kitchen for relaxation, and indoor and outdoor fireplaces for cozy moments.
- The Mancave: A rustic, stylish space for the groom and groomsmen, featuring three TVs for entertainment, a wood stove for warmth and ambiance, and a full bathroom for convenience.
- Stunning Ceremony Locations: Lakeside ceremony site with a picturesque pond and fountain backdrop, plus a rain-plan ceremony site that maintains scenic beauty no matter the weather.
- Reception & Event Spaces: 3,500 sq. ft. reception hall with an elegant fireplace, 2,025 sq. ft. covered patio with lighting, fans, and heaters, a separate prep kitchen attached to the reception building, and a commercial ice machine for easy beverage service.
- Guest Amenities & Accessibility: Onsite parking for up to 100 vehicles, wheelchair accessible venue grounds, and four restrooms (six toilets total) with handicap accessibility.
- Unique Photo Opportunities: Two serene ponds and fountain for breathtaking wedding photos, plus a farm tractor for a rustic, charming photoshoot setting.

The Weekend at A Place Like No Other package offers an immersive wedding experience spanning from Friday morning to Sunday morning, providing exclusive access to the venue's facilities and services.

Decorate, Rehearsal & Dinner- Additional Time to Decorate & Prepare: Set up and personalize your space at a relaxed pace
- Walk-Through Rehearsal: To ensure a smooth wedding day
- Rehearsal Dinner Provided: Choose between BBQ with slaw and mac & cheese or a Low Country Boil, served with sweet tea and lemonade
- Evening Relaxation: After 9:00 p.m., the bride and bridesmaids enjoy an overnight stay in the Main House
Saturday
Your Special Day- Gates Open at 9:00 a.m.: Vendor setup begins
- Morning Delight: At 10:00 a.m., wake up to coffee, mimosas, and a delicious brunch
- Lite Lunch Delivered to the Mancave: For the groom and groomsmen
- Ceremony & Reception: Celebrate from morning until 11:00 p.m.
- First Night as Husband & Wife: After the reception, the bride and groom spend a romantic overnight stay in the Main House
